delivery charges, terms & conditions

All prices are in USD.

• Absolute Minimum Order is $25.00 (self pick up at our office, on appointment/Grab at your expense)
• All invoices are due within 3 days of receipt unless other details have been arranged.  We accept cash (if delivered by our own driver), and ABA or Acleda transfers.  QR Codes are at the bottom of all our invoices. Clients that repeatedly late on payment will be changed to cash on delivery.
• Delivery in Phnom Penh
  • • Minimum Order for free delivery (within BKKs, TTP or Riverside Areas) is $30.00  and $50.00 minimum order for outlying areas….click on this link for a map.  A $2.00 /$3.00 delivery charge will be added to orders less than $30.00/$50.00.
    • Delivery Time in Phnom Penh:  We do our best to deliver quickly but in order to keep our overheads (and carbon emmissions) low we make one delivery run per day (between 11am and 2pm usually).  Your order must be placed before 10am for same day delivery; otherwise, it will be scheduled on the next day. If you have an urgent need after our driver has left for the day, we can arrange a grab delivery, at your expense.

• Delivery to Other Cities – We ship via ZTO Express and your items are normally delivered within 24 – 48 hours.  Charges are $2.00 per carton and a minimum order of 300 pieces is required (can mix products to attain this minimum).  Please contact us on telegram 087 716 114 if you need to make special arrangements.
• We are CLOSED on Sundays and half days on Saturdays. Please contact us on telegram 087 716 114 if you need to make special arrangements.
• Quantity Discounts:  ALL orders placed on our website are automatically discounted 5%. An additional discount is at higher quantities (depending on the product).
